Poems by Devangi Singh

Imagine
Animals are real,
Faeries are not.
Animals live peaceful lives
But faeries may trap,
Or even worse,
Kill a child.

Once upon a time
Dinosaurs lived and died
Killing dragons were only myths
That soared above that lonely sky

Cucumbers and trees, grow out of the green
Kappas in waterfalls were never believed.

Tinkerbell and Peter pan
Once lived in Neverland
But it’s disturbing to hear
They never were real.

Disney has lived a long life,
Tales and stories, tremendously nice,
But stories were forgotten,
Yet were they only imagined...
